Could not have received a better service
Throughout the whole funeral process I felt reassured and confident that I was dealing with professionals, but with a heart. And not for one moment did it come across to me or my family as just going 'through the motions'. The level of communications between the Full Circle team was outstanding (in particular Sarah Jones, the Director) who knew exactly the right tone to strike - not an easy thing to do, given that people are so different. But strike it she did, possessing a genuine sensitivity and empathy. All of our needs and suggestions were met and carried out with complete efficiency, ensuring both the church and crematorium services went perfectly smoothly. It sounds slightly odd to say we would of course use Full Circle again, but the truth is of course we would. Thank you so much.

The funeral mum would have wanted..
From the moment we notified Full Circle of the bereavement, through the planning of the funeral and the day itself they could not have been more kind and helpful. There were a number of decisions to make at a difficult time but Andrew came out to see us, talked through the options and helped us organise the funeral that we felt was just as our mum would have wanted. We were given time to think about our choices and tweak anything as we went. On the day everything went smoothly and as we’d planned. In our case we decided to deliver the majority of the eulogy ourselves however Andrew was on hand to step in had anyone have needed his support which gave those speaking the confidence to get up. We were given details of the costs at the outset and the final bill was exactly as expected.

Full Circle were just brilliant. They took all the pressure off in respect of the arrangements for my mothers funeral. The funeral service itself was well organised and very dignified. I cannot thank them enough for all their kind and considerate help throughout.
